Why is the V(s) score blank?
Joshua 2.0 needs an active Apple Watch session and HealthKit permission.
Open the iPhone app, tap Settings → Permissions, and confirm HealthKit access is granted.
Then start a new session from the dashboard.
The Watch app shows an authorization screen on first launch — is that normal?
Yes. The first time you open the Watch app, watchOS asks permission to read ECG, HRV, temperature, SpO₂ and blood pressure. Tap Allow.
After that, sessions start instantly.
Will my data leave my phone?
No. All processing runs on-device. We do not upload, store, or share your health data. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple.
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Joshua 2.0 → Cancel.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Joshua 2.0 purchase.
